The first stop will be Sigep 2017 that will be held from 21 to 25 January as usual in Rimini (Italy). This show, exclusively for professionals from all over the world in the ice-cream, traditional confectionary and bakery sectors, associated with the world of coffee, confirms its indisputable international leadership with this 38^th edition.

Sigep 2017

Sigep has become an extraordinary review for all the advances, tendencies and innovations of the traditional bakery, confectionary, sweet and ice-cream sectors, exhibiting raw material and ingredients, installations and equipment, as well as furniture and services for this industry.

The history of Sigep, which was the result of a suggestion from Italian ice-cream manufacturers, members of artisan associations, who requested an event to support their activities, is characterised by a growing success that began with its inauguration in 1980.

This year, it expects to be visited by more than 200,000 visitors from all over the world, who, over the five days the fair lasts, can walk through the 16 halls that will house the exhibition and get up to date.
