
Zumex strengthens its presence in the Middle East
Zumex continues with its firm commitment to the Middle East market, which it is increasingly penetrating with its new proposals. That is why it was attending the Gulfood international fair once again this year, which was held in Dubai from 21 to 25 February. This year it celebrated its 21st anniversary.
The Middle East market is a powerful one for the company, which is present in important hotel chains, such as the Sheraton, Intercontinental, Marriot, Mövenpick, Radisson, Hilton, Le Meridien, among others; catering chains such as Applebee´s, Burguer&boutique, Roma way, Subway, Pizza Express or Domino’s Pizza; or coffee shops such as Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Segafredo, Café Liwa or Caffè Vergnano.
On this occasion, the company presented its latest innovations at Gulfood, providing solutions for organized hotel and catering, as well as for large retailers of the area, such as the innovative concept “The Perfect Couple”. This is a natural marriage offered by the revolutionary SOUL, the most compact professional juicer of the market, as well as intuitive, reliable and with impressive aesthetics, and Multifruit, the Premium professional multi-juicer that combines power and performance.
Together with these machines, Zumex presented its new MASTERY®, the safest and most efficient Cold Press development with the best features of the market. A much more powerful and functional machine, thanks to its Brushless motor, its crusher and press, which allows for a large production capacity of up to 110 l/h (30 gal/h).
But Zumex also had other juice extraction solutions on its stand, such as the successful Minex, small in size, but great in features, available in more than 12 colours so that it perfectly matches the space selected by each customer.
The practical and multipurpose Essential Pro is another of the machines that was on display at Gulfood, together with developments aimed at the retail sector, large groups or self-service, such as the Versatile Pro Podium or Speed Pro Self-Service Podium, as well as its Vending machines, which can prepare fresh juices anywhere with a perfect self-service system.
It is important for Zumex to attend this meeting, the most important for the Middle East market, because it is there where the latest tendencies and innovations of the food sector are unveiled. In this regard, the fair becomes one of the best showcases for us, because we export around 90% of our production abroad.
This year, almost 80,000 professionals from all over the world attended, with the aim of getting to know the latest tendencies in the food and non-alcoholic beverages sector, through the more than 4500 exhibitors that the exhibition houses.
In fact, this meeting is the forth international show that Zumex has attended this year, after passing through the Italian fair, SIGEP, and the German fairs, FRUIT LOGISTICA and BIOFACH.
