It's a new month and we have a great new recipe to add to your existing collection. For better skin and a healthy circulatory system, here's what you'll need to prepare the ultra healthy Purple Protect juice that looks just as good as it tastes:

• ¼ Lemon
• 2 Cucumbers
• 10 cm of Celery
• 1 Beetroot
• 2 Oranges

Begin by thoroughly washing all of the pieces prior to placing them into your multijuicer. Grab a peeled lemon and cut it into four pieces, keeping only a quarter of it and then follow by adding the pair of cucumbers, the ten centimeters of celery, and the beetroot. With the two oranges, make sure they are peeled and cut in half before placing them in the juicer, and then follow by placing the rest of the ingredients into the juicer (the lemon, celery, beetroot, and cucumber).
